Long Range Planning

The Long Range Planning section of the Planning Division coordinates the following activities:

• Prepares and reviews all requests to amend the City's General Plan
• Coordinates and staffs all committees reviewing the development of area master plans, as an element of the City's General Plan
• Conducts Special Studies
• Conducts demographic and census research
• Reviews and Presents Rezoning requests to public officials
