Request a Hearing

Hearings are conducted on a walk up basis and do not require an appointment. They are held Tuesdays through Fridays (except for holidays) from 12:30 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.  Check at the clerk's window to have your name added to the hearing sign-up list.  Wait times are generally less than 30 minutes.  Matters not resolved with the referee are then set for trial.

Individuals with a mandatory appearance violation should contact the court if they have any question concerning the appearance date and time on their citation.
