4th of July Celebration

Sandy 4th is held on the beautiful, grassy South Towne Promenade between Sandy City Hall and the South Towne Center at 10000 South Centennial Parkway on Wednesday, July 4, 2012.

The celebration begins at 7 am with the Sandy Classic 5K & 10K races. Starting at 10 am there will be a Youth Arts Festival, rides, games, and a variety of food. Entertainment goes throughout the day with the parade beginning at 6 pm and the evening concert at 7:30 pm. The grand Sky Concert fireworks display caps off the day at 10 pm.

Youth Arts Festival
Special 4th of July activities for ages 4-12 years. Face painting, craft stations, clowns, sand sculpting, and much more. This is FREE for youth. This special event will be held from 10 am - 2 pm.  *Note: There will be a minimal charge for face painting.
