Hershey Track & Field

What:  A great program for kids to compete in track and field events: 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, 4X100m, softball throw and standing long jump. This is the largest track and field event in the country!  To qualify for the District Meet you must participate in a local meet and place 1st or 2nd in an event.

Registration:   Day of event - 5 to 5:45 pm         Who:   Age groups: (9-10; 11-12; 13-14)
                           District Meet check in starts at 5 pm (District meet is by invitation only!)

When:   Local Meet - Thursday, June 7, 2012 (meet starts at 6 pm)

            District Meet - Thursday, June 21 (check in at 5 pm; meet starts at 6 pm)
                    *Must qualify in Local meet to participate in District meet.

             State Meet - (TBA)
                     *Must qualify in District meet to participate in State meet.

Cost:   FREE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS

Additional Information:   Awards for all participants. Winners will advance to the district meet. District winners advance to State finals. State winners advance to Nationals in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
