Streets Division: Preserves and maintains City streets, sidewalks and surface drainage systems. Responsibilities include snow removal, street sweeping, tree trimming and bulk waste removal. Streets Manager: John Larsen.
Engineering Division: Responsible for planning, designing and constructing public improvements throughout the City, as well as providing surveying and GIS (Geographic Information System) services to the department. City Engineer: Mike Gladbach.
Transportation Division: Develops and approves traffic management plans as well as maintains all traffic signs and road striping throughout the City. Transportation Engineer: Ryan Kump.
Fleet Division: Charged with drafting specifications and procuring all equipment used by the City, as well as maintaining all vehicles/equipment. Fleet Manager: Dennis Slick.
