

Slim Down Sandy this year is expanded to encourage everyone in Sandy, including kids, to eat better, exercise, lose any unneeded weight, and maintain an overall healthier lifestyle. The program will include health tips, lectures, organized walks, weekly challenges for kids and adults, and prizes and incentives for goal achievement.
The program will run for 10 weeks from April 2 through June 18, 2011.
