History

The Exchange Club of Sandy began Sandy Pride in 1984 to inspire the residents of Sandy City to take pride in their homes and neighborhoods. Every year, Sandy Pride brings an opportunity to provide service in our neighborhoods, parks and other projects. This event occurs each year with the sponsorship of local businesses and involvement of local schools, religious groups and other service organizations.

Invest In Your Community

By having Sandy Pride Day, we can create a beautiful and pleasant community for residents, business owners and visitors to Sandy City. Sometime in April, the Exchange Club and other volunteer groups gather to distribute over 40,000 trash bags to Sandy residents, including White City and Salt Lake County pockets.
