Get up and get it done! Meets Monday & Wednesday beginning at 6:00 am. This is not your basic bootcamp. Tess is here to push you  and get you to your fitness goals. Weight training, cardio and much more is what to expect for this bootcamp. Space is limited.

Classes

All of the highly trained and experienced fitness instructors have been certified in their special field through national organizations. Workshops and continued education keeps Alta Canyon's aerobic program current, competitive and safe. All classes are instructed in a "freestyle format" which is easy to follow. Instructors will show modifications and variations enabling all participants to have an enjoyable and successful workout.

Kids Summer Yoga in the Park

Yoga provides a wonderful way for kids to explore their bodies, hearts, and minds. Leading healthier and happier lives. Learning valuable social and emotional skills that build personal resilience to last a lifetime. Classes will be held on Wednesday at Alta Canyon Sports Center from 10:00-11:00am and will focus on breath work, balance, poses, stretching and meditation.  Classes will be taught by certified Yoga Instructor Danielle Pitcher. Registration is available online

Session 1: June 12, 19, 26, July 3

Session 2: July 10, 17, 23, 31

Cost: $60 per session, Individual Classes - $20 per class

 

Personal Training

Meet our fabulous personal trainer Tessa!  Tessa has always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and loves being a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for almost a decade. Tessa has been a Back Up Babe for Flirty Girl Fitness, a Master Trainer for Train Dirty Fitness, and even taught in Japan. She also helped test market the international powerhouse program Tabata Boot Camp before it officially hit the fitness circuit.

In addition to being nationally certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Tessa also has more than 10 specialty certifications, making her an extremely well-rounded trainer. Over her many years of teaching she has grown to love working with people, especially those who are just learning to exercise. Her burst of energy will keep you motivated and teach you to love exercising too.

Small Group Personal Training

Boot Camp 101

Come and learn the basics and get a great workout at the same time. This entry level boot camp is designed to get you body going at a pace that is not overwhelming.

Mondays & Wednesdays 7-8:00am, new session begins the first of each month

Gym Training

Get to know the equipment in the cardio and weight rooms with this guided tour. The training includes two parts:

   - First each person must complete a thorough review of our training PDF

   - Second, complete an in-person training at the Center.  These training are generally held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  Sign up is available online or in person at the Center.
