Workshops and continued education keeps Alta Canyon's aerobic program current, competitive and safe. All classes are instructed in a "freestyle format" which is easy to follow. Instructors will show modifications and variations enabling all participants to have an enjoyable and successful workout.

Personal Training

Meet our fabulous personal trainer Tessa!  Tessa has always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and loves being a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for almost a decade. Tessa has been a Back Up Babe for Flirty Girl Fitness, a Master Trainer for Train Dirty Fitness, and even taught in Japan. She also helped test market the international powerhouse program Tabata Boot Camp before it officially hit the fitness circuit.

In addition to being nationally certified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Tessa also has more than 10 specialty certifications, making her an extremely well-rounded trainer. Over her many years of teaching she has grown to love working with people, especially those who are just learning to exercise. Her burst of energy will keep you motivated and teach you to love exercising too.

Get Ready for Ski Season!

With the famous Utah snow arriving soon, it's time to get your body ready. Join our 4-week clinic to help you feel stronger and more confident on the slopes. You will be focusing on strength, agility and balance thought basic fitness techniques. This is a small group personal training class lead by our certified personal trainer Tess. Due to the nature of this class we will only be accepting a maximum of 8 people so you get the personal attention you need to be successful. Sign up today ONLINE or in person at the front desk.
