Traffic school classes are open to anyone who wants to take them. Fees are not refundable. Individuals cited for a moving violation in Sandy City may be able to complete a traffic class as a part of a "Plea-in-Abeyance" agreement with the Sandy Justice Court provided they meet eligibility requirements. They MUST obtain court approval for the class BEFORE registering.
Class registrations close 24 hours before the class so register early. For example, if you are taking a class at 8:00 am on Saturday, you must register for that class by 8:00 am on Friday.
You may register for one of two classes, one for drivers aged 16-21 ("Alive at 25") and one for drivers aged 21 and over ("Driver Awareness").
