Sandy City is divided into 30 different “communities” each with a Community Coordinator. Community Coordinators are volunteer citizens who add an additional layer of communication between Sandy residents and City Hall. They look for ways to enhance the quality of life for residents living in their communities by introducing them to programs such as CERT, Neighborhood Watch, emergency preparedness, Next Door and so on.
