Fresh Air Day
Healthy Sandy annually hosts "Fresh Air Day" by taking 60 to 120 disadvantaged children from the Sandy Club for Boys and Girls to Snowbird, a world-class ski resort near Sandy.

We encourage families to plan a walk each week for 8 weeks at each of our parks in the Spring and Autumn.
Sandy City 5K Race Series
Encouraging everyone to participate in fun exercise activities, Healthy Sandy and Sandy Parks and Recreation put on USTF-certified 5k races each year.
